Workphone Setup Guide
You will need an unlocked smartphone to use Workphone.
To check if your iPhone is unlocked, go to Settings > General > About. Scroll down to Carrier Lock. Look for "No SIM restrictions."
Step 1: Activate your eSIM.
Step 2: Label your secondary line "Workphone".
Step 3: Select your default line.
Step 4: Choose if you want to use both your Primary number and your Workphone number for iMessage and FaceTime. (We recommend you do.)
Step 5 (last step): Choose which line you want to use for cellular data. (Workphone's base plan does not come with data.)
Filtering Messaging
To toggle between your Primary and Workphone lines in iPhone Messages, make sure Messaging Filtering is switched on.
To check if Messaging Filter is switched on, go to Settings > Apps > Messages and look for "Filter Unknown Senders."
